Q1- What is your Shipping Charge and return policy?
All our items are next day delivery for UK, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
If
you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it at any time
within 30 days for a replacement of equivalent value or a credit
against any item of higher value, or full refund provided that the item
has never been used and returned in prime condition in its original
package. Please note that some conditions apply and you should also
check our "30 Days Money Guarantee" page at the bottom our terms and conditions
of sale/use of site.
Q2- How about delivery?
Which
courier to be used for individual orders depends on the size and weight
of the products in question and the delivery address? We use UKMail.biz recorded Delivery Service for the majority of our deliveries. Therefore
if a product is purchased by 14:00pm on Monday to Thursday we are able
to dispatch it the same day for the customer to receive it in the next
24 hrs. Orders placed on Friday by 14:00PM are processed and shipped
the same day to be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday.
However please note that Ukmail.biz will attempt only once or delivery and leave a card. If no one else is at the delivery address they will return the product back to the depot. There will be an additional charge £4.00
Q3- What if I am not home to accept the delivery?
Ukmail.biz will leave a
card by your door and take the parcel back to your local sorting depot. There will be an additional £4.00 charge. Please contact us on: 02070998929 to arrange the redelivery. If you do not contact us within 48 Hours after you recieve the card by ukmail.biz or wish not to pay additonal £4.00 for redelivery, it will return back to us and we will refund the money into your account (excluding Delivery charge).
Q4- Can I have my work place as a delivery address?
Yes
it is possible to specify an alternative delivery address to your home
or billing address. As you check out on our web store, an alternative
delivery address field and even an empty comments field will be
available for you to complete if you wish to do so.
Q6- What is your opening hours?
Our opening hours are; Mon to Fir from 10:00AM to 17:00PM
Q7- How can I pay for my order?
You
can pay with a credit/debit card, Paypal, Postal Order or by cheque. If
you pay by cheque, we will only ship your item(s) once the cheque
clears.
Q8- Do you ship to EU, USA, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands?
Yes we do ship to EU, USA, Northern Ireland and Channel Island. We do send them as a gift so you won't pay the custums duty.
How to return item under 30 days Money Back Guarantee?
(1) Brief description for returning the item.
(2) Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused
condition.
(3) Once we receive the item we will refund you the total amount you paid to us.
What about item which is
faulty after receiving the order. Some product comes with 12 months warranty and some products comes with 6 months from date of purchase. If it
goes faulty within the 14 days contact us and we will replace or repair
or refund if we can not replace or repair it for you.
What Happen if the item goes faulty after the 14 days? All product comes with 6 months and 12 months warranty from date of purchase. If it goes faulty contact us and we will replace or repair and send back to you on our cost.
Note: We will not be responsible for the cost of the postage returning the item to us by you for repair, replace or refund, but we will be responsible for the cost of the postage of sending back the product to you.
